Zypher AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Users can:
- Create and customise AI-driven social media agents.
- Automate posting, scheduling, and engagement across supported platforms.
- Access analytics and performance dashboards.
We do not provide consulting, content moderation, or legal compliance services.
3. User Accounts
- You may register using a business or personal account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You may not share your account outside your organisation.
- Features and posting limits depend on your chosen plan.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, breach of these Terms, or suspicious activity.
4. Beta Disclaimer
Zypher is currently in beta testing. While we strive for reliability, bugs, downtime, or feature changes may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, errors, or early-stage bugs.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you upload, schedule, or post via Zypher.
- You must comply with all applicable platform terms (e.g., Meta, X, LinkedIn).
- Zypher is not liable for account bans, restrictions, or violations of third-party terms.
6. Payments, Refunds, and Trials
- We offer a 7-day free trial (valid payment method required).
- Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually depending on your plan.
- We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for new customers.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 30-day window.
7. Intellectual Property
- Zypher retains ownership of all software code, platform features, branding, and intellectual property.
- You retain ownership of all content you create and publish via Zypher.
- By using Zypher, you grant us a licence to process, store, and distribute your content solely for service delivery.
- Content ownership fully transfers to you upon payment and after the 30-day guarantee period.
8. Data Privacy
We handle all data in compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for details on data storage, processing, and third-party integrations.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.
- Fail to make required payments.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Zypher harmless from claims, losses, or damages caused by your use of the platform, content posted, or violation of third-party terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses due to downtime, bugs, or technical issues.
- Account suspensions or penalties from third-party platforms.
- Any indirect or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Zypher in the 6 months preceding the claim.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, or government actions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be resolved in English courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Zypher after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
